Hello! We would like to introduce you to ITDocs-to-Go™. We’ve been organizing and managing web programs, developing projects, building teams, and running large-scale web projects for many years. We’ve built some of the largest web-based applications of the last decade. Over the last several years we’ve been involved in writing books for new web designers and developers, building models and methods that make the process easier and more efficient, and developing new network architectures.

Now, we’re bringing that knowledge and experience to you in the form of easy-to-use templates to help you document your project. As you know, high-quality projects that complete on time and within budget are the ones that are well planned. That means briefs, specs, and even site planners that help remind you of the really important questions to ask your client, even if that client is your own company. So, we’ve created boilerplate documents that you simply fill out. You can extend them or modify them to suite your needs. Best of all, they are yours to keep and use for all your projects. All for one low price.

Now, these document templates are not for designing a web site, a database, or any such thing. These are for documenting the web site requirements - creative, business, and technical - and putting it on paper to guide the design and development process.

And, we just keep developing them so there will be new project areas we’ll cover soon. We will be adding disaster planning and recovery for small and medium businesses. We will also be adding to the core design and development kit, such as suggested methods for UI development, a complete framework for the design and development process, and even project management planners.

Phillip Christian

Mr. Christian has been in the technology business for over 20 years in various positions that include Chief Technologist for USWeb and iGeneration. Mr. Christian is currently a managing partner of ITDocs-to-Go, a company providing the web design and development world with high-quality document creation systems, and President of Systems Design, a systems-oriented consultancy focused on the design of complex, Internet and web-based systems. Christian has co-authored several textbooks on the planning, design and development of Internet applications and the reengineering of legacy applications. Additionally, three papers have been published (through the International Society for the Systems Sciences and the American Society for Information Sciences and Technology) over the last few years regarding collaboration, technology, and systems design.

Brian J. Greenberg

Mr. Greenberg has been in the technology business for over 15 years in various positions that include Senior Systems Architect for Grange Insurance Group, StorageNetworks, Inc. and Motorola Inc. Mr. Greenberg is currently a managing partner of ITDocs-to-Go, a company providing the web design and development world with high-quality document creation systems, President of EarthCorps.com, a systems-oriented consultancy focused on the design of complex, cross functional wholistic systems and President of the Whole Systems Design Association. Greenberg has authored several articles on the planning, design and development of internet systems, systems architecture and the social implications of various technologies. Additionally, Mr. Greenberg has instructed several courses and seminars regarding web and internet development, information security, disaster recovery planning, data storage systems, managing and securing local area networks and has consulted abroad in Mexico and Japan.
